Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We provide free standard shipping across the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are summarized below:

Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For special inquiries, please reach out to our customer support team.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking scan in their system.
Address Changes & Incomplete Information Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Lumeni Active is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If you realize an address error has occurred, please email us immediately at lumeniactive@outlook.com so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at lumeniactive@outlook.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will review your claim and promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
